Our Policies


  • Trip reservations are only confirmed once the full payment is made by client and received by the company
  • All trips at pick up will have a 15 minute grace period at no charge in case of a delay. After 15 minutes grace period expires, waiting time will be charged at $0.85/minute per sedan vehicles, $1.00/minute per SUV vehicles and $1.25 per First Class SUV
  • All domestic airport pickups are given 30 minutes grace period. International pickups get 60 minutes grace period after flight arrival (arrival time as shown on GOOGLE.COM). After that, applicable wait charges will be applied
  • All reservations are paid in advanced and can be canceled 24 hours prior to the trip for a full refund
  • All credit card reservations must be made at least 2 weeks prior to the trip
  • Changes in trip reservations less than 12 hours prior to the trip will be charged as per the nature of the trip modifications and must be paid prior to the trip beginning
  • It is the client's responsibility to advise of any changes to the trip booking . Failure on client's part in communicating & updating the trip information will result in applicable charges to the client as per the trip modifications
  • Fees: Toll, parking, booking, and car seat fees will be invoiced separately and are not included in any of the trip prices


Hourly Trips Policy


  • Minimum Booking: 2 hours
  • Maximum Mileage: 15 miles per hour allotted. Additional pre/mile
    • Luxury Sedan: $3.20/hr
    • Luxury SUV: $3.40/hr
    • First Class SUV: $3.65/hr
  • Different Drop-off City: If a booking ends in a different city from the pickup location, the customer will be charged for the additional time it takes the driver to return.
  • Exceeding Allotted Time: If a customer goes over the allotted time, please notify Narjes Transit for appropriate billing. Payout:
    • Sedan: $65/hr
    • SUV: $72/hr
    • First Class SUV: $75/hr
  • Different Drop-off Address during booking: Mileage is included in the total payout if the drop-off address differs from the pickup address.
  • Cancellations: For cancellations under 12 hours’ notice, you will charges up to 100%
  • The system will calculate automatically hourly rate from base to base
  • Granularity & booking fees will be added to the hourly rate


Cancellation Policy


  • Credit card reservations made less than a week from the date of trip will require proof of identification at the time of the trip matching the credit card with which the payment was made from. Any irregularities on the client part will result in immediate trip cancellations
  • Cancellations can be made 24 hours prior to the trip. A full refund will be initiated at the time of cancellation. **For hourly trips, if canceled before the 24 hours grace period there will be a 100% charge
  • Cancellations made 4-12 hours prior to the trip will be subject to a 40% charge. A partial refund will be initiated at the time of cancellation. **This does not apply to hourly trip
  • Cancellations made 4 hours or less prior to the trip are non-refundable
